89 coach companies in Flanders and Brussels in our overview
See them allThat depends on the distance, how long the driver stays with your group, the day and the time, and the coach you need. A trip of a few hours on a weekday costs something different from a Saturday at the seaside with a full coach. That is why we do not show a price without your trip: enter your trip, then we calculate with exactly your route and date and you see the prices of the coach companies side by side.
You enter your trip once: where you leave from, where you are going, the date and the number of people. You then see the prices of the participating coach companies side by side, for exactly your trip. You send a request without obligation to the company of your choice, and that company confirms the final price and whether the coach is available.
No. Comparing and sending a request without obligation is free. You pay the coach company directly; we add nothing on top of the price you see.
Yes, every price you see includes VAT. Every coach company, Belgian or Dutch, charges the VAT of each country on the kilometres driven there: 6% on the part of the trip in Belgium and 9% on the part in the Netherlands. That way you see side by side what you actually pay.
BusOffer.com in Flanders has just started. The Flemish coach companies in our overview come from public sources and have not joined us yet; as long as they have not, we show no price from them. They are listed with your trip without a price, and you can invite them from there. The prices you do see come from companies that take part, including companies from the Netherlands.
That mainly depends on the number of people. A minibus carries 8–19, a midibus 20–39, a coach 35–66 and a double-decker 64–92. When you enter the number of people, you only see coaches your group fits into; if your group is too big for one coach, we show a combination of coaches from the same company.
Not everywhere. Antwerp, Ghent and Brussels have a low-emission zone, which also applies to coaches, and in a historic city centre such as Bruges a coach may not go everywhere. The page for each town says where a coach may stop and what applies there, with the source; our page on low-emission zones explains the zones themselves.
No. You only give your name and your email address, and you receive an email with the link to your prices. With it you can always come back later.
Yes. A coach with driver simply crosses the border; enter the destination as you know it.
Through “Sign up” at the bottom of every page (the sign-up form is in Dutch). Signing up is free. You then enter your coaches and your rates in your portal; once your VAT number has been confirmed, you appear in the comparison with your own price.
