What you can already sort out yourself

Some of the questions that come in here you can deal with yourself faster than we can answer them:

• Changing your trip details or withdrawing your request is something you do yourself, via the link in the confirmation email you received from us. Your reference number is in there too. Lost that email? Have the links sent again to your own address.
• A question about a specific offer is best asked in the conversation with that offer. The coach company then sees it straight away, with your trip alongside it. That saves a round of back and forth.
• General questions about how comparing, booking and paying work are covered in the frequently asked questions and in how it works.

If anything is left, we will simply read your message. We deliberately don't promise a response time here: that would be a figure we can't yet live up to, and a promise you don't keep is worse than no promise.
