Arranging the coach

Draw up a timetable for the day and pass on every address: town hall, church, reception, party venue and the hotel or pick-up point for the journey home. Agree how late the driver will stay, or have the coach come back in the evening for the journey home. If guests who use a wheelchair are coming, say so in your request.

How late can the last journey home leave?

You agree that with the coach company. A shift that starts in the afternoon and ends after midnight is long; then a second driver may be needed, or a second coach for the late journey.

Can the coach be decorated?

Ask the coach company beforehand. Ribbons and flowers on a coach are not always allowed, because they must not block the view or the doors.
