With your group to Pairi Daiza

Pairi Daiza is in Hainaut, in Brugelette between Ath and Mons, on the Domaine de Cambron. For a Flemish school it is a trip across the language border: from Brussels it is closest, from Limburg or the coast it becomes a long day.

The park lists schools separately in its offer, with its own rule for the number of free accompanying adults per level of education, and with nature classes and educational activities led by guides. For the coach one thing matters most: the driver only collects his own parking, entry and meal ticket from 11 a.m., at the information desk.

In Wallonia there is no low-emission zone to look out for. According to the Walloon government, no Walloon municipality has introduced one yet.

What Pairi Daiza itself says about a visit with the class

As the source puts it, with the day we read it. A park or a city can change a rule or a spot: check the source’s page again just before your trip, and agree the spot with your coach company.

      The coach and the driver

      • If the class comes by coach, the driver gets from 11 a.m. at the information desk, on showing his trip sheet, a parking ticket, an entry ticket and a meal ticket for the day.
      • Every extra parking ticket is paid at the ticket desk, at the standard rate.
      • Free accompanying adults: one per 10 paying nursery pupils, one per 15 pupils in primary and secondary education, one per 5 in special needs education and one per 20 in higher education.
      • The park is on the Domaine de Cambron, 7940 Brugelette.

      A low-emission zone?

      • Towns and municipalities in Wallonia may introduce their own low-emission zone, but according to the Walloon government none has done so yet (updated on 19 August 2025).

      Arranging the coach

Set the departure time so the class is at the entrance when the park opens, and agree with the coach company that the driver has his trip sheet with him: with it he collects his tickets at the information desk from 11 a.m. If an extra car comes along, a teacher's for example, it pays for its parking ticket at the ticket desk. Also say whether pupils in a wheelchair are coming, so an adapted coach is sent.

Enter your trip in the form at the top and within 1 minute you will see the prices of the participating coach companies, without obligation.

      How far is Pairi Daiza?
