For 100 people: 2 coaches
Each coach has 35–66 seats; that puts about 50 people in each coach. That is 100 participants; the driver does not count.
- With several coaches, BusOffer.com calculates with coaches from the same coach company, so the whole group travels together.
For a shuttle service: how many coaches go back and forth?
With a shuttle, the coaches go back and forth for a few hours, for example between a station and a party venue. Fill in how many guests need to get there, how long one round trip takes and within how much time everyone must be there.
How the calculator works
- Participants and supervisors together make up the number of seats you need. The driver has their own seat and does not count.
- If the group fits in one coach, you get the type of coach that matches that group size: the same as on our pages per group size.
- If the group is larger than the largest coach, we divide the group over as few coaches of roughly equal size as possible.
- Large luggage and a wheelchair do not change the number of seats, but they do change what to look out for: not every coach has a luggage hold or is wheelchair accessible.
How many seats does each coach have?
The usual sizes. Each coach company has its own coaches; the price overview shows the exact number of seats for each coach.
