Which size do you choose for 25 people?

Twenty-five people fit in a midibus, and that is the usual choice: a midibus has twenty to thirty-nine seats, so you keep seats free for anyone who signs up later. A coach starts at about thirty-five seats. For twenty-five people it only makes sense if you are going far, travelling with a lot of luggage or want a toilet on board. Two minibuses also work, but then you pay for two drivers.

With twenty-five people you are right in the middle of a midibus's range. That gives you room to spare: if your group grows to thirty, it still fits. What a midibus usually does not have is a toilet on board; how often it does is counted vehicle by vehicle on the midibus page. For a day trip in the Netherlands you then plan a stop on the way.

If the trip goes abroad or lasts several days with suitcases, also compare a small coach: it has a larger luggage hold.

What to look out for with 25 people

Count everyone who travels, including the supervisors: they need a seat of their own. The driver does not count.
On a long trip, also compare a small coach. It has more luggage space and more often a toilet on board, and that matters more on a trip of a few hours than on a short one.
Two minibuses also work, for example if the group boards in two places or needs to go to two places. You do pay for two drivers and two vehicles.
