No. In private coach hire every passenger has their own seat, and in almost all vehicles a seat belt too. So always count everyone travelling, children included.
A minibus has up to 19 seats, so one or two extra people usually still fit; above that the next size is a midibus. Let the coach company know as soon as possible; the sooner you do, the better the chance the company can switch.
Yes, for the seats they do. If you're travelling with young children, mention it separately: child seats have their own rules and not every vehicle is set up for them.
That varies by coach company and by trip. Ask for both in the same request. You'll then get two offers side by side and see the difference for your route straight away.
Not with a normal car licence. If one of you drives, there are 14 passengers; licence B allows up to 8. You need bus licence D1 with a certificate of professional competence (code 95). Alternatives: 2 vans each with its own driver, or one minibus with a driver.
That depends on your trip: how far and how long, on which day and in which month. For 15 people we recommend a minibus. Fill in your route and date, and within a minute you see what coach companies charge for your trip.
