Burgers' Zoo asks for one supervisor per fifteen pupils, and that supervisor gets into the park free. More supervisors may come along, at a separate rate for an extra supervisor.

The park gives clear directions for the coach. If you come with a school or with more than one coach, the coach drives through the barrier onto the car park, and the group gets off there. If there is one coach with people who have difficulty walking, the driver may also stop at the bus stop in front of the barrier. He collects a free parking ticket at ticket office 1.

The park lies in hilly country, and you notice that with a wheelchair.
All paths can be done with a wheelchair or mobility scooter, except the adventure paths in the Bush and the Mangrove.
At the ticket office and at the entrance you get a wheelchair route; there are also push wheelchairs, for anyone aged 6 and over.
