The Jaarbeurs itself names no place for coaches. The city of Utrecht does: a coach lets the group get on and off at a fixed point on the edge of the city centre, and then parks on the edge of the city.

The spot at the Vredenburgknoop is temporarily unavailable because of the building works at Hoog Catharijne. The city asks drivers always to switch the engine off.

How your day at the fair goes with the coach

Step 1Boarding near youThe coach picks the group up at the agreed place.
Step 2Getting off in UtrechtAt one of the city's pick-up and drop-off points: max. 15 minutes, or 30 at the Oudenoord. The coach company chooses the spot with you.
Step 3The coach parks on the edgeAt Lage Weide, a P+R or Sportpark Koningsweg, with the engine off. The driver waits there.
Step 4Pick-up within the time windowAt the Abstederbrug and the Maliebaan until 18:00, at the Janskerkhof until 19:00. Agree a fixed time.
Step 5Back togetherEveryone gets on at the same place, and the coach drives the group back.

What the Jaarbeurs itself says

The Jaarbeurs is right next to Utrecht Centraal station, and says nothing about coaches on its own website. The city of Utrecht does: its rules are above. Put in your request which fair you are going to, and agree a fixed meeting point and return time.

At the Jaarbeurs itself

The Jaarbeurs parking page says nothing about coaches or buses.
Utrecht has a low-emission zone and a zero-emission zone. The Jaarbeurs car parks (P1, P2, P4 and P6) are outside them and remain accessible, via the Truus van Lierlaan.

How to get to the Jaarbeurs

The Jaarbeurs is right next to Utrecht Centraal station.
The Entree Stationszijde is the entrance on the city-centre side; the Entree Parkeerzijde connects to the car parks.
