About De Baar Touringcars
Now, 100 years later, it is still a family business from Zeeland, with its office in Wemeldinge. At the end of 2020 the name De Baar en Leendertse was changed to the current one.
The company mainly runs international multi-day trips for tour operators, but also focuses on the regional market in Zeeland, with school trips, company outings, weddings and transport to football matches and concerts, among other things. According to the website, its drivers have driven from Amsterdam all the way to Kathmandu.
The fleet has 30 coaches for 20 to 62 people, from a luxury minibus to a coach XL with toilet and fridge. All vehicles run on 100% HVO, a renewable fuel, and the coaches are Euro 6 certified. The company has its own workshop and bus wash, and there are 260 solar panels on the company building.
